Important Information

UNDERSTANDING YOUR DOT.

The Colour Gradient Is Normal

The dot naturally shifts through shades of purple as UV exposure increases — a light tint is normal and means your sunscreen is still offering protection. No sunscreen blocks 100% of UV, so some gradual shift is expected. Reapply once the dot reaches a deep/dark purple, or every 2 hours, whichever comes first.

The dot reacts in real time to UV exposure and will lighten again in shade — this reflects your current UV exposure, not a wasted sticker.

Water-Resistant, Not Waterproof

Dots are water-resistant, not waterproof — adhesion can vary with skin oil, sweat, toweling, and sunscreen type (oil-based and spray formulas tend to rub off the dot's surface faster than lotions). For best results, pat dry rather than rub, and press the edges down after swimming.
