30-DAY SATISFACTION WINDOW
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods once the packaging has been opened.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Sale items are exempt from refunds; only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email our support team.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
