When will my order ship?

We operate a rapid-fulfillment model. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase.

How long does UK delivery take?

We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for all UK deliveries. Typically, your kit will arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our in-house logistics team specializes in global export to ensure your order reaches you safely worldwide.

What is PAP-X?

PAP-X is our peroxide-free whitening formula. It oxidizes tooth stains without the sensitivity or enamel erosion associated with traditional bleach.

What is the P80 Formula?

Our P80 formula is a professional-grade stain-remover designed for daily maintenance, often found in our foam-based solutions to keep your smile bright between kit treatments.

How does it repair enamel?

We use medical-grade nHAp (Nano-Hydroxyapatite) to remineralize your enamel and Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate and protect your gums during every treatment.

Usage & Results

How many treatments are in a kit?

Standard kits and refill packs contain 6 applications across 3 syringes. Use half a syringe per session for optimal results.

How long do the results last?

Results typically last between 2 weeks and 3 months. Factors like coffee or dark chocolate consumption will impact longevity.

Does it work on dental work?

Pro White is safe for crowns and veneers; however, our formula is specifically designed to whiten natural tooth enamel and will not change the color of dental work.
